Job Purpose:

Ensure the organization’s performance measurement systems are fully aligned with its strategic objectives. This role supports strategic execution through data analysis, balanced scorecards, and performance management frameworks. It requires close collaboration with all departments to enhance visibility on business results through dashboards and other analytical tools. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, solid interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the business value chain.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks and strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.
  • Review organizational structures to identify performance gaps, opportunities, and bottlenecks.
  • Support managers in conducting job analysis to break down roles into meaningful and measurable KPIs.
  • Assist all departments in selecting, developing, implementing, and integrating analytics and KPIs to optimize business performance.
  • Review and audit employee objectives to ensure clear linkage to corporate objectives.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop executive-level reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure performance objectives are aligned with business strategy.
  • Manage performance review meetings for all departments.
  • Deliver training on performance management tools and methodologies to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in business performance and/or strategy execution.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong presentation abilities (mandatory).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Background in HR or Organizational Development is a plus.
