Business Process Analyst

About the Role:

HR Force International is seeking a detail-oriented Process Analyst to join our team in Lahore. This role is critical in analyzing, improving, and streamlining business processes to drive efficiency and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process optimization strategies
  • Document processes, prepare reports, and maintain dashboards
  • Collaborate with teams across functions to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in process mapping, documentation, and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office or relevant business tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
