Job Summary:
The ERP Business/System Analyst will be responsible for the overall functional ownership, optimization, and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related matters, ensuring seamless system operations, driving business process improvements, and leading ERP enhancements across core modules including Finance, Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Ownership & Functional Leadership
· Serve as the primary expert and owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
· Lead and support functional areas across modules covering Finance, Purchasing, Sales and Inventory.
· Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
· Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
· Ensure system aligns with organizational goals and supports business needs.
Support & Issue Management
· Act as first point of contact for all ERP related issues and escalations.
· Oversee resolution of functional and system problems.
· Maintain issue logs, track resolution, and implement preventive measures.
Project Delivery & Enhancements
· Lead ERP related projects including implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
· Oversee UAT cycles, training, and go-live readiness.
· Evaluate and implement new features, modules, and integrations.
· Document system configurations and customizations.
Training & Change Management
· Conduct user training and mentoring for key business users.
· Promote ERP adoption and best practices across the organization.
· Maintain SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base
Required Qualifications:
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
· 2 - 3 years of working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
· Hands-on experience in Business Central implementation, configuration, and support.
· Strong expertise in Finance, Purchase, Sales, and Inventory modules.
· Experience in ERP implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MB-800 / MB-820) certifications.
· Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
· Basic knowledge of AL development or customization in Business Central.
· Experience in service industry preferably Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) environment.
