Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This role requires a strong grasp of business operations and the ability to translate client requirements into effective Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

Client Collaboration

• Engage with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and system needs
• Analyze requirements and align them with Odoo ERP functionalities

Odoo Implementation & Configuration

• Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR

Project Management

• Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget

Training & Support

• Deliver training sessions to end users
• Provide post-implementation support for smooth system adoption

Documentation

• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and user manuals

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough system testing to ensure solutions meet requirements

Issue Resolution

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during and after implementation

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions and ERP trends
• Suggest enhancements to improve system efficiency and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 3 years of practical experience with Odoo across multiple modules
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business workflows
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar technologies is a plus
• Odoo certification is preferred
