We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy Odoo Functional Consultant to analyze client requirements, implement Odoo ERP solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring optimal system configuration and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients
- Map client requirements to Odoo ERP functionalities
- Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.)
- Conduct gap analysis and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with technical developers for customizations
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation
- Perform system testing (UAT) and ensure quality delivery
- Train end-users and provide post-implementation support
- Assist in data migration and system integration tasks
- Manage project timelines and communicate progress with stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Proven experience with Odoo ERP implementation
- Strong understanding of business processes (finance, sales, supply chain, HR)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Experience in ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
Timings: 9:30am-6:30pm

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
