Business Process Consultant

🔹 About the Role

We are hiring a Business / Process Consultant with a strong engineering background to lead process optimization, organizational structuring, and implementation of business systems (ERP, Automation & AI). This role is ideal for professionals who have worked in large organizations or consulting firms, managed teams, and driven transformation projects across departments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Conduct business diagnostics to identify process bottlenecks and efficiency gaps

✔ Design and implement structured processes, SOPs, accountability and review systems

✔ Lead ERP, automation, and AI implementation projects end-to-end

✔ Develop process maps, MIS dashboards, and management reports

✔ Define organizational structures, job roles, KPIs and review mechanisms with leadership

✔ Conduct training, onboarding and change management for process adoption

✔ Work onsite with clients across international locations during various project phases

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical / Systems preferred)
• 🕐 8–10 years’ experience in process management, organizational development, or business transformation
• 🏢 Previous experience in a large consulting firm or a mid-to-large-sized organization
• 👥 Hands-on experience in organization structuring, SOP design & process mapping
• 📊 Strong exposure to ERP, automation or AI-based systems implementation
• 🌍 International exposure or willingness to travel globally
• 🧠 Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and cross-functional projects
