Business Process Improvement Specialist

The Consultant will be responsible and assist in:

- Carry out gap analysis and assessment of the effectiveness of organization policies, procedures and standards to assurance that required laws, regulations, policies and procedures are fulfill expected results.

- Identifies and gathers business process need and customer requirements, develop policies and procedure manuals, forms, delegation of authority, committee mandate, etc..

- Design Quality Management Framework and support in obtain ISO Certification.

- Support Client in different Award Submission.

- Related projects/work as assigned.
