As SkipCash continues to expand, we are seeking a qualified and driven Business Relationship Executive to strengthen and grow relationships with our strategic business clients. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and supporting SkipCash’s continued success in the digital payments landscape.

Position Summary

The Business Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with SkipCash’s key corporate and merchant clients. The role involves understanding client needs, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring that SkipCash’s digital payment products and services deliver exceptional value.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for the clients, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation, high-quality service delivery, and long-term client retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key merchant and business accounts, ensuring strong, long-term relationships and client satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the main liaison between SkipCash and the clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell SkipCash’s products and services in line with client needs and business objectives.
  • Onboarding & Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and timely activation of digital payment solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze account performance, usage trends, and transaction data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align solutions with client requirements and market trends.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about market developments, competitor activities, and fintech innovations in Qatar to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: provide regular reports on account performance and pipeline progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in account management, business development, or client relations—preferably within fintech, payments, or financial services sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital payments, merchant acquiring, or financial technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate or SME clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience in Qatar or the GCC region is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Candidate should be available in Qatar with valid RP
