Business Set Up Advisor

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and client-focused Business Setup Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through the entire process of setting up their businesses in the UAE (Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore). You will act as a trusted consultant, advising on business structures, handling documentation, and ensuring a seamless setup experience while achieving sales targets.

This is a client-facing role that combines consulting, advisory, and sales. If you enjoy helping entrepreneurs, closing deals, and building long-term relationships, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on UAE company formation, legal structures, and licensing options.
  • Provide accurate information on processes, costs, and timelines.
  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and Free Zones for company setup.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Build strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business setup, company formation, or corporate services in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore setup processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
