We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the business setup and corporate services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading sales teams, driving revenue growth, and managing high-value client relationships within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

>Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

>Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue.

>Oversee daily sales operations and ensure consistent, high-quality client engagement.

>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

>Train, mentor, and coach sales executives to enhance performance and productivity.

>Coordinate closely with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

>Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

>Ensure compliance with UAE business setup regulations and internal company policies.

Requirements:

>Minimum 2+ years of sales experience within a business setup or corporate services provider.

>Proven experience in leading a sales team and consistently achieving revenue targets.

>Strong understanding of UAE business setup processes.

>Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

>Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.

>High level of professionalism with a strong client-centric approach.
