Business Setup Consultant - Chinese Speaking

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Business Setup Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in company formation processes across Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions. You will act as the primary advisor to clients, guiding them through every step of business registration, licensing, and compliance. Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential, as you will work closely with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on business setup options in Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore structures.

Manage end-to-end company formation processes, including documentation, approvals, and licensing.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business regulations, government processes, and compliance requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking and English-speaking clients.

Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and tailored business solutions for clients.

Liaise with government authorities and free zone representatives on behalf of clients.

Support clients with visa applications, bank account openings, and other related services.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

2–3 years of proven experience in UAE business setup consultancy or related field.

Strong understanding of UAE company formation laws, rules, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.

Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver within tight deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
