Job Title: Business Solution Analyst

Location : Bangalore, India (Work from Office)

Experience Needed: 7–10 years

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Solution Analyst with strategic and technical skills to join our chatbot platform team. This team develops and expands chatbot solutions to become a self-service platform while managing enterprise-level bots.

You will have a strategic role in connecting business needs with technical capabilities. You will collaborate closely with various parties to convert functional & business requirements into deep technical specifications, supporting scalable and impactful solutions driven by technology. You will also be required to define the team’s strategy to continue to evolve the platform based on the latest technology, governance and compliance aligning with Adobe’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with internal teams to identify chatbot use cases and define solution strategies.

Lead the evolution of the chatbot team into a self-service platform, empowering teams to develop and lead all aspects of their own bots.

Lead the development and delivery of enterprise-level chatbot solutions that align with strategic business goals.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in AI, NLP, and conversational platforms to inform solution development.

Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and work together with engineering teams to carry out the implementation.

Facilitate collaborator alignment, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Own documentation, training, and enablement materials to support platform adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

7–10 years of experience leading technology projects in a corporate setting.

Demonstrable ability to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Solid understanding of AI technologies, chatbot frameworks, and platform architecture.

Experience in collaborator management, requirement gathering, and solution delivery.

Experience with software development lifecycle, APIs, and architectures.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with chatbot platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework, Aisera or equivalent experience.

Exposure to enterprise AI/ML initiatives or automation programs.

Understanding of platform enablement and self-service models.
