Business Solution Manager

Summary

The Business Solutions Manager will be responsible for identifying client requirements, designing tailored service delivery models, and developing innovative solutions to optimize BPO operations. The role bridges commercial and operational teams, ensuring proposed solutions are viable, competitive, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end solution design process for new business opportunities and existing client expansions.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Operations, Technology, and Finance teams to prepare proposals and solution blueprints.
  • Analyze client requirements, operational workflows, and market trends to create competitive BPO offerings.
  • Develop cost models, capacity plans, and staffing strategies to support proposed solutions.
  • Ensure solution scalability, operational efficiency, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Present solution proposals to clients and senior management, acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to refine solution frameworks and capture lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in BPO or outsourcing business solution design.
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations, workforce planning, and service delivery models.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, capacity planning, and proposal writing.
  • Excellent client presentation and negotiation skills.
  • COPC or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. KPIs
  • Win rate of proposals supported.
  • Accuracy of cost and capacity models.
  • Operational performance of implemented solutions.
  • Client satisfaction with delivered solutions.
