Business Solutions Analyst

Why Join Us

At Inceptia, we build technology and services that help students successfully navigate one of the most important investments of their lives: education.

As a nonprofit organization serving colleges and universities nationwide, our work directly impacts student access, financial wellness, and educational success. Every product we design helps schools simplify complex financial aid processes so students can stay focused on reaching their goals.

If you’re motivated by solving real problems, improving user experiences, and building solutions that make a meaningful difference, you’ll find purpose and opportunity here.

We’re looking for curious thinkers, problem solvers, and collaborators who want to grow their careers while helping modernize higher education.

What you’ll do!

As a Business Solutions Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of business, technology, and product innovation.

You’ll work as the product owner with developers, operations and client teams to turn complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions used by colleges and universities across the country.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into clear system and product requirements
  • Help design enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with development teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing products and launch new capabilities
  • Research industry trends and client needs to inform future innovation
  • Support implementation, training, and ongoing product success across multiple solutions

Who Thrives in This Role

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy solving puzzles and figuring out how systems work
  • Like asking “why” and challenging how things have always been done
  • Are naturally curious and enjoy learning new technologies
  • Want exposure to product development and agile environments
  • Communicate ideas clearly across technical and non-technical teams
  • Are energized by building solutions that people actually use

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into product management, business architecture, or solution design over time.
