Position Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking Business Success Partner to lead the discovery and development of new technology concepts. This role will focus on researching high-potential product ideas, validating their feasibility, and transforming them into scalable, investment-ready business initiatives.

You will work closely with technology teams, market researchers, and external collaborators to drive innovation across domains such as AI applications, cloud SaaS solutions, and next-generation software platforms. This is a hands-on strategy and product development role that blends vision, structure, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Innovation Scouting

• Identify emerging technologies and product trends in the global AI, SaaS, and digital space.
• Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to support ideation and opportunity discovery.
• Monitor developments in tech-enabled industries to uncover white-space and first-mover advantages.

Idea Development & Business Modeling

• Shape raw ideas into defined product concepts with clear business value and differentiation.
• Work with tech leads to define potential architecture, MVP scope, and market positioning.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and early monetization plans.

Strategic Planning & Investment Readiness

• Build compelling investment narratives, pitch decks, and growth roadmaps for internal/external review.
• Prepare business cases including revenue models, breakeven analysis, and commercial viability assessments.
• Contribute to incubation strategy, product launch planning, and growth acceleration efforts.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with internal stakeholders, tech teams, and external collaborators to drive initiatives forward.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and product strategy reviews.
• Support transition from concept to prototyping and pilot deployment phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or MBA is advantageous.
• 2–4 years of experience in product strategy, startup incubation, venture building, or technology consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI, SaaS models, and scalable tech platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in developing business cases and strategic growth plans for tech initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to articulate complex ideas.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong project management and analytical capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with early-stage technologies, innovation labs, or startup ecosystems.
• Familiarity with product-market fit analysis, lean validation, and innovation frameworks.
• Exposure to digital product prototyping, UI/UX concepts, or agile methodology.
• Passion for digital transformation and future-forward technology ideation.
