HR Manager

We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR Manager to lead our people operations and foster a positive, productive, and engaging workplace culture. This role will be central to building and retaining a high-performing team, aligning HR practices with business goals, and supporting employees in their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Foster a supportive workplace culture that promotes engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Identify and address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and transparent practices.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support managers in building career development plans for their teams.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on organizational development, succession planning, and workforce management.
  • Organize training sessions, team-building activities, and professional development programs.
  • Maintain HR systems, records, and reports for decision-making and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office, and HR management tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.

Bonus:

  • Experience in HR strategy development within the tech or software industry.
  • Familiarity with modern HR analytics and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of employee wellness, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and culture-building initiatives.
  • Exposure to startup/fast-growing company environments.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
