Human Resources Manager

Location: G 11 Markaz, Islamabad , Pakistan

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000

We’re looking for an HR Manager who can help us build a professional, disciplined, and people-focused workplace. The right person will not only handle day-to-day HR operations but also play a key role in shaping our company culture.

What You’ll Do

* Lead recruitment from job posting to onboarding.

* Keep employees engaged and resolve workplace issues.

* Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance.

* Ensure policies are followed and aligned with labor laws.

* Manage payroll, leaves, and employee benefits.

* Organize training sessions to help our team grow.

* Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.

What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field.

* 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in a growing company).

* Someone organized, approachable, and good at communication.

* Familiarity with HR software and local labor laws.
