Role Overview

We are seeking an Emirati Business Support Engineer with a background in Electrical, Computer, or Telecommunications Engineering to support our Business Development and Engineering team across telecom, utility, and infrastructure projects in the UAE.

The role bridges technical engineering understanding with commercial activities, supporting client requirements analysis, authority coordination, and overall project status monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales/BDM team in reviewing RFPs, RFQs, and technical requirements
• Assist in preparation of technical proposals and compliance documents
• Liaise with UAE authorities and utilities for approvals and submissions
• Coordinate between sales, engineering, and project teams
• Support submissions, documentation follow-ups, and coordination with local entities.
• Monitor overall project progress and support documentation review
• Participate in client meetings for technical discussions

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical / computer / Telecommunications Engineering (Mandatory)
• 1-3 years of experience in any engineering discipline.
• Strong technical fundamentals and communication skills
• English Language - is mandatory.
