Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams
- Manage documentation, filing systems, and data entry with high accuracy
- Coordinate communications between departments and external clients
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and business documents
- Support scheduling, meetings, and calendar management
- Monitor workflows and help ensure timely task completion
- Handle email correspondence and maintain professional communication
- Assist with basic client support and service coordination
- Maintain organized records and ensure data confidentiality
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, or business support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
