Business Support Executive (USA Market - Night Sift)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with USA-based vendors to manage and monitor nightly operations
• Handle queries, follow-ups, and provide timely updates
• Maintain accurate records to ensure operational efficiency during the night shift
• Support management in executing daily operational tasks
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong coordination, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently during night hours
• Prior experience in international or US-market communication is a plus
• Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
