Business Support Lead – Real Estate

Location: Nasr City, Cairo

About the Company:

A leading company in the real estate sector is seeking to hire a Business Support Lead to manage and enhance business operations, support cross-functional activities, and contribute to overall organizational efficiency and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the business support team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

Coordinate and streamline office operations and administrative processes across departments

Support project management activities and facilitate cross-functional initiatives

Assist in budget preparation, reporting, and tracking of operational expenses

Prepare reports, presentations, and key documentation for management and stakeholders

Maintain and improve internal business processes while ensuring compliance with company policies

Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and workflow

Handle special assignments and ad-hoc projects as requested by management

Identify opportunities for operational improvement and contribute to business development initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in business support, operations, or administrative roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with business management tools is a plus

Strong organizational and administrative management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify real estate resale and investment opportunities

Business-oriented mindset with exposure to sales and marketing support

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage

Strong presentation and reporting skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality
