Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to various departments to enhance business efficiency.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for management and team reviews.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners to support business objectives.

Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.

Assist in project management tasks, track progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Manage relationships with external consultants, vendors, and service providers, ensuring that service levels and contractual obligations are met.

Assist in the development and execution of marketing and outreach initiatives, including content creation and campaign management.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business performance analysis and decision-making.

Assist with strategic planning activities, including data collection, analysis, and the preparation of strategic plans and proposals.

Support customer relationship management (CRM) systems by updating client records and tracking interactions.

Perform data entry and database management tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of business records.

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

Coordinate and lead innovation workshops to generate new ideas and solutions for business challenges.

Coordinate corporate sponsorships and partnerships, managing relationships and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field

English Language (essential).
