Business Support Specialist

Job Title: Business Support Specialist

Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to various departments to enhance business efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and communications between teams and external partners.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for management and team reviews.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners to support business objectives.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
  • Assist in project management tasks, track progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manage relationships with external consultants, vendors, and service providers, ensuring that service levels and contractual obligations are met.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and outreach initiatives, including content creation and campaign management.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business performance analysis and decision-making.
  • Assist with strategic planning activities, including data collection, analysis, and the preparation of strategic plans and proposals.
  • Support customer relationship management (CRM) systems by updating client records and tracking interactions.
  • Perform data entry and database management tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of business records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and lead innovation workshops to generate new ideas and solutions for business challenges.
  • Coordinate corporate sponsorships and partnerships, managing relationships and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and identify growth opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
  • English Language (essential).

  • Strong Organizational Skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication for clear and professional interactions with stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and correct errors in data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Competency in managing time and resources to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
  • Skill in analyzing issues, developing solutions, and implementing corrective actions efficiently.
