Dwelleo is transforming real estate services through technology and automation. We are looking for a Business / System Analyst (Product, Data & AI Focus)

This is a non-traditional Business Analyst role , positioned at the intersection of business, product, data, and engineering . The role encompasses ownership of requirement structuring, system and data design, AI feature enablement, and end-to-end solution thinking .

The ideal candidate operates seamlessly at both conceptual and technical levels , translating complex ideas into clear, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Product Analysis

• Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements for: listing management, property data models, agent/broker workflows, and AI-powered features (price suggestions, listing quality, insights)
• Translate high-level ideas into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ensure requirements are aligned with early adopters and MVP scope, avoiding over-engineering
  
  

System & Solution Design (Core Responsibility)

• Design end-to-end system solutions, including listing lifecycle flows, AI enrichment pipelines, and data ingestion/normalization flows
• Create and maintain system architecture diagrams, integration and data flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams
• Ensure designs are scalable, extensible, and AI-ready
  
  

AI & Data Enablement

• Work with product and AI teams to define data flow requirements, structure AI inputs/outputs, and ensure explainability and traceability of AI-generated data
• Help define integration workflows and request optimization
  
  

Engineering Collaboration

• Act as the primary point of clarity for developers
• Review and validate API contracts, backend logic assumptions, and data models
• Ensure implementation matches the intended design and business goals
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical discussions
  
  

Must-Have

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst
• Proven experience in solution design and system architecture
• Strong understanding of backend systems, REST APIs, and event-driven workflows
• Solid knowledge of relational database design
• Experience working on marketplace, SaaS, or data-heavy platforms
• Ability to produce clear technical diagrams and documentation
• Strong analytical and structured thinking
  
  

Strong Advantage

• Experience with AI-driven or data-intensive products
• Real estate, prop-tech, fintech, or marketplace experience
• Experience with pricing engines, scoring models, or analytics dashboards
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures (AWS preferred)
• Ability to challenge requirements and propose better system solutions
