Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key liaison between domain experts, business stakeholders, and the Development Team to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements by closely collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Prepare clear and detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) for development teams.
- Develop functional requirement specifications, process flows, use cases, and user interface mock-ups.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements by working directly with developers.
- Ensure requirement documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and understandable for both business and technical audiences.
- Manage multiple projects and project plans simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Participate in testing and verification activities, either independently or in coordination with the QA team.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and train end users on new system functionalities.
- Perform issue tracking, analysis, and resolution oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive projects from initial concept through system acceptance and post-implementation support.
- Design and oversee the front-end user experience while managing Human–Computer Interaction (HCI) principles.
