Who is Business Development Manager?

A Business Development Manager is a professional who is responsible for the growth of their department. They work with their sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products

2- Reaching the targets and goals set for your company

3- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base

4- Servicing the needs of your existing customers

5- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

6- Developing sales strategies and setting targets

7- Compiling and analyzing sales figures

8- Collecting customer feedback and market research

9- Reporting to senior managers

10- Keeping up to date with products and competitors

12- SRS for marketing, development, project manager, and client

13- Follow conversion steps -> lead -> conversion 1) sending quotation 2) email followup

14- QA of all departments (Management, Marketing, and development)

15- Daily check Scrum Group and mark your findings on it

16- Content writing and preparing pitch decks (Presentation) in sales-relevant stuff

17- Technical proposal writing

19- Lead generation from B2B and B2C

20- Planning and preparing presentations PPT

21- Build up sales strategy

22- Write email drafting for the clients

23- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, and company contacts which market strategies can be used to attract clients

24- Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met

25- Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry, and positioning

26- Attending conferences and industry events

27- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

28- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

29- Promote the company’s products/services

30- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

31- Prepare sales client contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

32- Attending customer's calls (Markwebit leads) and solving their queries daily basis on time from your Laptop- Beonline tool

33- Monitoring Markwebit and Seed Analytica as a website

34- Monitoring, reporting, and also solve the tickets of clients on the ticketing system of Markwebit

35- Answers the queries of the visitors on the website instant chat system

36- Take complete control of all Markwebit Affiliate Program Portals (Admin, Affiliate, Customer) and monitor it

37- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

Location: Dha Phase 2, Islamabad Pakistan

Timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Salary & Benefits: Market competitive Salary + Annually Bonuses
