Butcher

Job Summary:

The Butcher is responsible for preparing, cutting, trimming, and packaging meat products while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and customer service in the supermarket.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat (beef, lamb, chicken, etc.) as per company standards
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of meat products (FIFO)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the butcher area, tools, and equipment
• Follow food safety, health, and HACCP standards at all times
• Assist customers with meat selection and provide cutting/customization as requested
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of shortages or wastage
• Reduce wastage by proper handling and portion control
• Comply with company policies and UAE food safety regulations

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
