Role Overview:

The Buyer Aligned Specialist will provide end-to-end tactical and strategic procurement support to global buyers, specifically aligned to the North America region. The role demands strong expertise in procurement operations, supply chain processes, and contract lifecycle management, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support global buyers in executing procurement strategies and tactical sourcing activities.
• Manage the complete Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) cycle.
• Handle procurement operations including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contract creation, and amendments.
• Resolve invoice exceptions and ensure timely payment processing.
• Conduct spend analysis and provide insights to drive cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to procurement policies and compliance standards.
• Act as a liaison between global buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–6 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and S2P/S2C platforms.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier lifecycle management.
• Experience in handling invoice exceptions and spend analytics.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) is a plus.
• Experience working in a shared services or global delivery model.
