The Purpose:
Supports the Telecom Sourcing activity by managing and analyzing access quotations, selecting the best supplier within the Lead Time to Quote/Lead Time to Order for deals supported by Sourcing.
Main Activities:

Supports Sales by managing the complete quotation process with global carriers to provide timely, optimal quotes.

Processes manual quotes for access within the set KPIs. Analyze the reasons for delay and work towards improvements with the Telco Buyers and PMO.

Manages carrier relations, analyses observed costs in order to enhance market knowledge, and prepares negotiations with suppliers

Support buyers in cost monitoring related to the gap between pre-sales / post-sales (TCO Variance)

Manages Escalation with Carriers, along with Telco Buyers

Supports Telco Buyers with quotation tools issues, Invoices, Contracts, etc. and contributes to tool enhancement projects.
Qualifications:

Project management skills

Experience in a telecom procurement environment or similar experience

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Knowledge of telecom technologies and market trends

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Fluent in English both Spoken and Written
Additional skills (Good to have):

Industry certifications (CCNA, PMI, CSM...)

Previous experience in a similar role
