Buyers Agent – Amanda Ponce Real Estate Team

Summary

The Amanda Ponce Real Estate Team is looking for a driven and client-oriented Buyers Agent to become an essential part of our expanding team. In this role, you will support clients throughout the entire home-buying journey — starting with the initial consultation and property search, through negotiation, and all the way to closing — delivering a tailored and outstanding experience.

You’ll collaborate closely with our seasoned team, utilizing our established systems, strong brand presence, and quality leads to grow your business and reach your objectives. This position offers a fantastic chance to develop a thriving real estate career within a dynamic and supportive team setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Conduct a minimum of two open houses weekly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in daily script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
