We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Buying Specialist to join our growing team. If you have a passion for retail, a keen eye for trends, and a strong sense of responsibility, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and following up on buying processes from order placement to shipment,
• Ensuring timely and complete delivery of all orders,
• Supporting accurate and timely procurement by following seasonal trends,
• Playing an active role in communication with brands and suppliers,
• Assisting with processes such as preparing product visuals,
• Taking part in seasonal reporting,
• Preparing reports on purchasing activities and inventory status for management,
• Conducting routine store visits to assess store performance,
• Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to fulfill all supply needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments (Economics and Administrative Sciences, Engineering, etc.),
• Preferably 1+ years of experience in planning, buying, or category management, ideally in the retail sector,
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player,
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with an analytical mindset,
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
