We’re Hiring: CAAD Specialist (Construction – Residential Projects)

Our client, a distinguished name in the construction industry, is expanding its team for premium villa and residential developments in DHA Phase 8, Karachi. They are seeking a highly skilled and creative CAAD Specialist with a strong command of layouts and design execution to support their growing portfolio of high-end projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop precise and detailed CAAD drawings for villas and residential construction projects
• Translate conceptual designs into accurate layouts and technical drawings
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design integrity
• Review and refine drawings in line with project specifications and site requirements
• Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and project updates

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in CAAD within the construction or architectural industry (residential focus preferred)
• Strong understanding of layouts, spatial planning, and construction detailing
• Proficiency in CAAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent)
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Strong coordination and communication skills
