Cable Pulling Foreman – Experience Required

1. Field Experience

Minimum 5–7 years in cable pulling, with 2–3 years in refinery / oil & gas projects.

Hands-on experience in laying cables in trenches, trays, ducts, vertical shafts.

Knowledge of cable identification, dressing, tagging, glanding & termination support.

2. Practical Skills

Operating/assisting in winch pulling, roller setup, drum handling, cable spooling machines.

Familiar with cable pulling accessories and tools.

Understanding of maximum pulling length, pulling speed, bending radius.

3. Safety & Team Leadership

Supervising a crew of technicians and helpers.

Enforcing safe lifting, drum handling, trench entry, confined space, and fire safety practices.

Reporting progress/issues to the supervisor.
