Electrical Supervisor (Kahramaa Licensed)

We are looking for an experienced Electrical supervisorwith a Kahramaa License and hands-on experience in solar systems. As the Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including solar energy systems, ensuring all work complies with Kahramaa standards and local safety regulations. You will also lead a team of electricians and ensure all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of electricians, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and safely.
• Solar System Expertise: Lead the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems, including solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical components.
• Kahramaa Compliance: Ensure all electrical and solar system work adheres to Kahramaa regulations and local electrical codes.
• Project Management: Coordinate the execution of electrical and solar projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections of electrical and solar systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Address and resolve complex electrical and solar system issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient operation.
• Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior electricians, particularly in the installation and maintenance of solar systems.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure the team follows all health and safety protocols on-site. Monitor work conditions and address any potential safety hazards immediately.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of completed work, including installation reports, safety audits, and materials used. Submit progress reports to management.

Requirements:

• Kahramaa License (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of electrical experience, including at least 2 years of experience in supervising electrical projects.
• Hands-on experience with solar energy systems (solar panels, inverters, battery storage systems, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of Kahramaa regulations, electrical codes, and safety practices, specifically related to solar installations.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and solar systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with various teams, clients, and contractors.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and solar system diagrams, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Additional certifications in solar energy or renewable energy technologies.
• Experience in large-scale solar projects, including residential and commercial systems.
• Additional safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,200.00 per month
