CAD Draughtsman / Technical Draftsman

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software, including:
• Joinery drawings
• Production drawings
• Site plans
• As-built drawings
• Civil work drawings (ceiling layouts, tile/floor layouts, MEP drawings)
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accurate and clear design representation.
• Conduct site visits to gather information, verify conditions, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and design updates.
• Maintain document control by filing, version-controlling, and keeping all drawings organized and accessible.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing technical drawings in construction, architecture, or manufacturing.
• CAD Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD (SolidWorks, Revit, or other CAD tools are a plus).
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing and reviewing drawings.
• Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders effectively.
