CAE Engineer

Scope of Work: Full vehicle crash simulations &/ Durabiliy loadcase simulations

Education Requirements: Bachelors/ master’s in mechanical/ Automobile/ Industrial Engineering

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical , Automobile Engineering .

3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Meshing, Module build for Crash &/ Durability, High speed crash analysis &/ Durability anaysis

Strong understanding of BiW manufacturing processes such as stamping , spot welding , Assembly, Material models and Physics of Crash &/Durability

Proficiency in ANSA as preporcessor, LSDyna for Crash loadcase &/ Abacus for Durability evaluation , Animator/Hyperworks for postprocessing

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams .

Ability to work deliver the FE model set up to load case Analysis report independently or with minimal support
