Café & Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Café & Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily operations, lead staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front-of-house and kitchen staff.
• Train, motivate, and schedule team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
• Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, stock orders, and cash handling.
• Monitor performance, control costs, and support profitability.
• Maintain equipment and uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Support menu planning, promotions, and special events.
• Perform opening/closing duties and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (hospitality degree preferred).
• 3+ years in a supervisory role within food service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• POS and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
