Restaurant Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Floor Manager to lead and inspire our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a flair for guest service, attention to detail, and deep appreciation for Asian cuisine and fine dining standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless daily floor operations during service (lunch & dinner shifts)
  • Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and exceed expectations
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
  • Oversee table settings, ambience, and cleanliness to reflect fine dining standards
  • Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assist in scheduling, reservations, and capacity planning
  • Provide feedback and reports to senior management regularly
  • Uphold the values, brand image, and hospitality ethos of SOY BY SATO

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years’ experience in floor management within fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of Pan-Asian cuisine and Asian dining etiquette preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership mindset with a “guest-first” approach
  • Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and solutions-driven
  • Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms
  • Flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
