Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Floor Manager to lead and inspire our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a flair for guest service, attention to detail, and deep appreciation for Asian cuisine and fine dining standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless daily floor operations during service (lunch & dinner shifts)
- Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and exceed expectations
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Oversee table settings, ambience, and cleanliness to reflect fine dining standards
- Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in scheduling, reservations, and capacity planning
- Provide feedback and reports to senior management regularly
- Uphold the values, brand image, and hospitality ethos of SOY BY SATO
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years’ experience in floor management within fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Pan-Asian cuisine and Asian dining etiquette preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership mindset with a “guest-first” approach
- Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and solutions-driven
- Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms
- Flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
