Cafe Shop Supervisor

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Café Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service in our café. The ideal candidate will lead the team, maintain service standards, and support smooth operations during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead and support baristas and service staff during shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in inventory control and coordinate with the storekeeper for stock needs.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Train new staff and support team development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a café, restaurant, or F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of café operations and service standards.
