Job Description

Role Overview:
Responsible for managing and updating the CAFM system to support facilities management operations, ensuring accurate data entry, timely work order processing, and smooth coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily work order creation, assignment, updating, and closure in the CAFM system (Concept Evolution/Maximo/Planon – as applicable).

  • Maintain asset registers, PPM schedules, and service requests.

  • Monitor SLA & KPI compliance and escalate delays.

  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.

  • Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to track job progress.

  • Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and proper filing of records.

  • Support PPM planning, resource allocation, and system updates.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in any field (FM/Engineering background preferred).

  • Experience in CAFM operations within Facilities Management (Qatar experience is a plus).

  • Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

  • Knowledge of FM workflows, assets, and maintenance processes.
