CAFM Helpdesk Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled CAFM Operator with a solid background to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and managing the CAFM system, generating accurate reports, configuring PPM schedules, and ensuring efficient data management and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the CAFM system to support daily facilities management operations
  • Configure and manage PPM schedules, reactive maintenance tasks, and asset data
  • Generate detailed analytical reports on asset performance, work order status, and KPI dashboards
  • Support the implementation and integration of CAFM
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure system accuracy and completeness
  • Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting related to CAFM software
  • Coordinate with FM teams to ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain documentation and system logs related to work orders and maintenance activities
  • Support the facilities team with technical related tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CAFM operations within the GCC region
  • Proficiency in CAFM software
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting (Excel, word, PowerPoint , MsO)
  • Familiarity with facility management workflows, asset lifecycle, and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Certification in CAFM/CMMS systems
  • Experience with CAFM solutions and digitization initiatives
