About Our Departments
The Commercial Department is the driving force behind the company’s market presence and revenue growth. It oversees all sales and marketing channels, ensuring Linah’s premium agricultural products reach customers locally and internationally through diversified platforms.
Our department is structured into several specialized divisions:
Export: Expands Linah Farms’ global footprint by managing international markets, building partnerships, and ensuring compliance with global trade standards.
Modern Trade: Handles key accounts with major retail chains and supermarkets, ensuring optimal product visibility, shelf presence, and promotional activities.
Traditional Trade: Focuses on distribution through wholesalers and local retailers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring product availability across all regions.
E-Commerce: Manages online sales platforms to enhance direct-to-consumer access, leveraging digital marketing and logistics integration for a seamless customer experience.
HORECA: Serves the hospitality sector — hotels, restaurants, and catering — by providing tailored solutions and premium fresh products that meet high-quality standards.
Marketing: Supports all channels with strategic campaigns, brand development, and communication initiatives to strengthen Linah Farms’ market identity and customer engagement.
The HR Department at Linah Farms is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture that reflects the company’s values and vision and supporting all business functions through effective people management and strategic HR practices.
The Supply Chain Department plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials, products, and information across all stages of operations — from procurement to final delivery. Its mission is to maintain efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while supporting the company’s commitment to excellence.
The department is structured around three main pillars:
Purchasing: Responsible for sourcing high-quality materials, equipment, and services from trusted suppliers, ensuring timely availability while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Warehouse Management: Oversees the proper storage, inventory control, and handling of products to ensure freshness, safety, and accurate stock levels that meet production and customer demands.
Logistics: Manages the transportation and distribution network to guarantee that products reach customers and partners promptly and in optimal condition, whether locally or internationally.
The Finance team handles budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. They provide insights that help guide business decisions, ensure compliance, and keep the company financially sustainable and growing.
The Quality Department is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of product excellence, food safety, and operational integrity across all stages of production and distribution. Its mission is to ensure that every product leaving Linah Farms reflects the company’s commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
The department encompasses three core functions:
The Farms Sector represents the heart of the company’s operations — where innovation meets tradition to produce high-quality, sustainable agricultural products. This sector is dedicated to optimizing farm performance, enhancing productivity, and maintaining Linah’s leadership in modern farming practices.
The Farms Sector includes several key divisions:
Technical: Oversees crop management practices, soil health, irrigation systems, and pest control, ensuring optimal growing conditions and consistent yield quality.
Mechanization and Agriculture: Focuses on the use and maintenance of advanced agricultural machinery and technologies to improve efficiency, reduce labor intensity, and support large-scale production operations.
Research and Development (R&D): Drives innovation by testing new farming techniques, crop varieties, and sustainability initiatives aimed at improving quality, yield, and environmental responsibility.
Security and Administration: Ensures safety and smooth daily operations across all farm locations, managing resources, personnel, and facility security with discipline and reliability.
Data Analysis: Collects and analyzes agricultural data to support informed decision-making, performance monitoring, and process optimization through data-driven insights.
Leads infrastructure and development projects across Linah Farms — from irrigation
systems and facility upgrades to sustainability initiatives. Ensures projects are executed efficiently, safely, and on time.
Coordinates between all departments to optimize performance and productivity. Focuses on process improvement, resource management, and ensuring seamless day-to-day
business operations.
Provides legal guidance, ensures compliance with local regulations, manages contracts, and protects the company’s rights and interests across all activities.
