Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Clearly present company services to potential and existing clients
• Handle customer queries efficiently while building strong relationships
• Generate leads and schedule appointments where required
• Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system regularly
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confidence in handling calls and overcoming objections
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team
