Overview

The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer complaints, and achieving call center performance targets while providing excellent customer support.

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for overdue payments; negotiate settlements; ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide IT support; process orders; address customer inquiries and complaints; maintain knowledge of technology and SLAs.
  • Make outbound calls to present automotive services; understand client needs; maintain CRM records; meet KPIs.
  • Answer and process guest calls; operate switchboard; assist with requests; maintain professionalism and guest satisfaction in a call center environment.
  • Support guests with requests and ensure confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic and English; proficiency in Hindi/Urdu where indicated.
  • Proficiency in call center software and MS Office; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, IT support, hospitality, medical, or aesthetic services is referenced in context; ability to handle high-volume calls and maintain CRM records.
