Ravisn LTD is hiring a Sale Agent to help find new customers for our international logistics and freight forwarding services.
What You Will Do
- Find potential customers (importers, exporters, e-commerce sellers, small businesses)
- Create lead lists using Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and online directories
- Contact leads through phone calls, follow-up calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
- Understand customer shipment needs (origin, destination, size, timeline, budget)
- Qualify interested leads and book meetings for the Sales Manager or Management Team
- Collect basic shipment details from customers
- Update lead data in Google Sheets or any CRM
- Update lead status and share weekly reports
- Follow up with interested leads until the deal is closed or rejected
- Coordinate with operations and quotation teams
Who Can Apply
- Fresh candidates with good communication skills
- 1–2 years experience in sales, telesales, customer support, logistics, or B2B sales is a plus
- Good spoken and written English
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel
- CRM experience is a plus
Skills Needed
- Good English communication
- Confidence in phone calls and WhatsApp messages
- Basic sales knowledge and objection handling
- Organized and able to follow scripts and SOPs
Plus Points
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or e-commerce
- LinkedIn lead generation or cold email experience
- Basic knowledge of shipping terms (air freight, sea freight, DDP/DDU)
