Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused Call Center Agent. Who is fluent in both Arabic and English (bilingual).The candidate must be locally available in Qatar and Posses 2-3 years of Experience in a call center or customer Service Environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and outbound call in a professional and courteous manner.

· Respond to customer inquiries complaints and request promptly and accurately.

· Resolve customer issues efficiently.

· Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

· Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Requirements:

Mandatory -Must be fluent in both Arabic and English

Sponsor Change is mandatory.

· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Call Center Agent.

· Experience in Health Care Center is an Advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work under pressure.
