Call Center Agent

Location: Sheraton-Heliopolis

Employment Type: Full-Time

About The Role

We are looking for a Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and provide accurate information while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services.
  • Record and update customer information in the system.
  • Follow call center scripts, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs).
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when needed.

Qualifications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
  • English proficiency is a must.
