About The Role
We are looking for a
Call Center Agent
to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and provide accurate information while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner.

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.

Provide accurate information about company products and services.

Record and update customer information in the system.

Follow call center scripts, procedures, and quality standards.

Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs).

Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when needed.
Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work in shifts.

Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.

English proficiency is a must.
