Call center Agent

Job Overview:
Ravisn LTD is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Agent who will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound customer queries, and converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to deal with customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services
• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and online queries from customers
• Provide accurate information about company services and pricing
• Follow up with interested clients and close sales
• Maintain record of calls, leads, and customer responses
• Respond to Facebook, WhatsApp, and email inquiries in a professional manner
• Coordinate with the team regarding customer requirements
• Achieve daily / weekly sales targets

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Experience in call center / sales / customer dealing preferred
• Confident, polite, and professional attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email, CRM)
