Qatar Driving License Preferred

Fluent in Qatari Arabic Accent (Mandatory)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 Year Experience in Administrative Role / Customer Service.
• Preferred Male Candidates.
• Excellent Communication Skills (Arabic & English).
• Strong Customer Handling Skills.
• Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office / CRM).
• Data Entry Experience is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls
• Respond to Customer Inquiries & Complaints
• Provide Accurate Information
• Maintain Customer Records
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per hour
