Call Center Agent

We are looking for motivated and confident Car Shipping Sales Agents to join our Lahore office. The role involves assisting customers in the USA who need vehicle transportation services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to close deals over phone, chat, or email.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in the USA.

Provide vehicle shipping quotes and explain transportation options.

Convert leads into confirmed shipping orders.

Maintain customer records in the CRM system.

Follow up with potential clients to close sales.

Coordinate with dispatch teams for shipment scheduling.

Build long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service.

Requirements

Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

Experience in sales, call center, or logistics is preferred.

Ability to work in night shifts (USA timings).

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.

Preferred Skills

Previous experience in auto transport / car shipping sales.

Ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Confidence in dealing with international clients.
