We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our student consultancy team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for assisting students in achieving their academic goals. You will be the first point of contact for students and parents, guiding them through admission processes, documentation, and general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries regarding study abroad options, admissions, and visa guidance.
- Schedule counseling sessions and maintain follow-ups with prospective students.
- Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information about universities, courses, admission requirements, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with education counselors and the documentation team to ensure a smooth process for applicants.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and problem-solving.
- Support marketing campaigns and participate in student fairs or educational events when required.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Communication, or related field).
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Urdu.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM or data management tools.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn about international education systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Confident in handling student and parent queries.
- Customer-oriented with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle pressure during peak admission seasons.
- Prior internship or experience in education consultancy (a plus, but not required).
